We also work with many experienced software partners (ISVs) – members of the Regulatory Reporting Partner Network – who can act as tech routers to Regulatory Reporting and make your switch easy and painless, using your existing reporting specifications.

We also serve as the voice of our customers with the regulators to influence future change.

As part of the EMIR porting process, the transfer of outstanding records is a legal requirement. However, Regulatory Reporting’s workflow tools for MiFIR / MiFID II remove the need for data transfer. We are also exploring solutions to integrate third party PI data for ARM reporting into Regulatory Reporting’s secure in-house systems.

Regulatory Reporting has extensive experience in onboarding large numbers of clients in a short time period, including over 440 clients in less than 6 months as part of a decommissioning of the FCA's TRS service. As part of the go-live for the more complex MiFIR / MiFID II, we developed automated onboarding for clients who could conform to the standard specification, ensuring a turnaround of 72 hours, with over 480 clients onboarded in six months.
